Barry J. Nace Achieves Distinction Five Decades in the Making
Paulson & Nace, PLLC is proud to announce that Founder and Senior Partner Barry J. Nace has achieved something very rare. Mr. Nace has been representing victims of medical malpractice and hospital malpractice for more than 40 years. He has been representing plaintiffs in malpractice cases since 1972, when he won his first case: a $20,000 award in Carlisle, Pennsylvania against a physical therapist. Then he won two cases in Washington, D.C. for $200,000 and then $287,000 in 1973 before the Honorable John Sirica. He has now achieved the distinction of having won a jury verdict on behalf of a victim of malpractice in every single decade since he started practicing, for a total of 5 decades’ worth of verdicts.
A recognized leader in civil practice on behalf of individuals, Mr. Nace has now found himself representing children of previous clients. He is also not only Board Certified in Civil Litigation and Pre-Trial Practice, but he is one of only a very few attorneys also Board Certified in Medical Malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
