Family First: Paulson & Nace, PLLC Donates Video Conferencing Tools to Deanwood Rehab and Wellness Center
The coronavirus has been hard on families all over the country, but for our loved ones in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, the fallout has been even harder. The strict visitor guidelines put in place to save lives have made it difficult for families to connect.
That is why Paulson & Nace, PLLC donated four video conferencing units to Deanwood Rehab and Wellness Center in Washington, DC, as part of the Injury Board Day Of Action. This national outreach event on September 10, 2020, helped plaintiffs’ attorneys throughout the country give back to the communities they serve. The Injury Board is a professional organization of trial attorneys who practice throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
“Things have been incredibly hard on our loved ones in nursing homes,” said partner Chris Nace. “The logistics of planning drive-by and in-person meetings are challenging, and many of these facilities don’t have video conferencing equipment. We hope that this makes it easier for families to connect, no and in the future.”
The team at Deanwood Rehab and Wellness Center shared some pictures with us, and we wanted to share them with you.
