Caitlin Shirer Palacios works in all areas of the firm’s practice, including medical malpractice, drug and product liability, and other negligence and personal injury matters.

Before joining Paulson and Nace, PLLC, Ms. Palacios was an Associate Director of the Exchange at the American Association for Justice where she authored numerous best -selling litigation guides including in the areas of birth trauma, motor vehicle, ERISA and Medicare. Ms. Palacios previously served as a legal research and writing instructor at American University’s School of Law, Washington College of Law. Prior to teaching, Ms. Palacios was litigating medical malpractice and product liability cases with Paulson & Nace . Following law school, Ms. Palacios clerked for Judge Noel Anketell Kramer on the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Ms. Palacios was born in Washington D.C. She graduated from Bates College where she received a Bachelor of Arts. Ms. Palacios attended William and Mary’s Law School, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where she earned honors in legal research and writing. During law school, Ms. Palacios was awarded a Public Service Fund grant to work in the area of employment discrimination at a Washington D.C. public interest law firm.
